Delete your account

An account in Healthy Stuff First is optional, and you can delete it at any time. It takes effect straight away.

In the app

1. Open Healthy Stuff First on your Android phone or iPhone.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email alknemeyer@hey.com from the address your account uses and ask for it to be deleted. I do this by hand, so allow a few days, and I will reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Everything the server holds for your account, immediately and for good:

• your email address and password hash,
• your habits, how many minutes each earns, and today's completions,
• the apps and websites you block, and each device's name and usage for today.

Nothing is kept afterwards, and there is no retention period.

What is not

Each phone and browser keeps its own copy of your habits, so they keep working without an account. That copy lives only on the device and goes when you uninstall the app or the extension. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
